Updated PDF to Make It Easier to Print

I updated the PDF to make it easier to print, specifically so it is more centered. If you can, print it without any margins or print "actual size". In other words, depending on your printer's settings, do whatever you need to do to make sure the center fold is right down the middle so you can fold the page evenly. As before, print on both sides of the paper and fold. I found that normal staples work just fine to secure the pages together.
